Former NBA player Scot Pollard and Big Brother contestant Caleb Reynolds are among the players that will be competing on the thirty-second season of Survivor, titled Survivor: Kaoh Rong.
The 6-foot-11 Pollard follows in the oversized footsteps of fellow NBA star Cliff Robinson, who appeared on season 28 (Survivor: Cagayan). As on Robinson’s season, the tribes will once again be divided by Brains, Beauty, and Brawn, and like Robinson, one can assume Pollard will be part of the Brawn tribe. Pollard played for five teams during his 11-year career, winning a championship in his final season with the Boston Celtics.

Reynolds also will be following in footsteps, this time of Hayden Moss, who made the jump from Big Brother to Survivor back in season 27 (Survivor: Blood vs. Water). Moss won Big Brother and then placed seventh on Survivor. Known as Beast Mode Cowboy, Reynolds placed fourth in season 16 of Big Brother and is perhaps best remembered for being obsessed with fellow contestant Amber Borzotra. He also wore a cowboy hat a lot. (Hence the nickname.)
Pollard and Reynolds were among a handful of contestants announced for next season at the end of Wednesday’s Survivor: Cambodia—Second Chance reunion show. The rest of the cast will be revealed in January with Survivor: Kaoh Rong, premiering Feb. 17 on CBS.
